From Tuesdays Cleveland Plain Dealer:

Ken Blackwell and Ted Strickland had tentatively agreed to a proposed debate sponsored by the PD, The Columbus Dispatch, and the Dayton Daily News, but pulled out after the papers rejected their demand to include the Call and Post, a weekly aimed at black readers, as cosponsor.

Call and Post editor Connie Harper said the paper now wants to organize the Cleveland debate and is searching for its own co-sponsors, which may include the Urban League.

“We are working on it today,” she said.

I haven't gotten any confirmation yet but typically "Account for domain www.callandpost.com has been suspended" means the bill wasn't paid.

However, Devore Technologies doesn't have Call and Post listed on their Client List

I waited one day to see if this was some sort of a glitch but this morning the same message:

Account for domain www.callandpost.com has been suspended...

I have no idea if this will affect debate organizing for the Cleveland event or if this is a sign of larger problems at Call and Post.
