The Toledo Blade's Joshua Boak reported on yesterday's Press Release by the Ben Konop for Lucas County Commissioner campaign.
I'm not sure of George Sarantou's position on the internet portion of Ben's plan but he did state he felt, "that government should be open and responsive to voters".
The Blade article also pointed out that Dave Schulz also supports some of these same proposals. The web address listed for Dave in the article is not correct, the one here and on the side bar under "NW Ohio Candidate Websites", is the correct one. (Update - the web address has been corrected in the online version of the article)

Ben, George and Dave all have the right idea, have any of them floated these ideas with the old timers on Council.
My bet is that the reception of these ideas would meet with tepid enthusiasm...
