The Toledo Blade has an article stating that most of the schools within Lucas County as well as Ohio will be in the red at the end of their five year forecasts.

What the hell as in OMG I hate math and statistics as much as Lisa Renee or what the hell as in our public school system is screwed up?
Maybe that is why Office Depot is holding up the orders for TPS.
