Okay, the post title is a paradoy of the Issue 3 catch phrase, but as today's Toledo Blade points out, both the Tobacco Industry and the Gambling Interests have put a lot of money into trying to sway voters into believing what they are promoting:

The issue, to me, is not about gambling or smoking, but rather the ability of groups with money to buy elections.
These are just two examples of the legislative process being hijacked by special interests with deep pockets.
And I am particularly incensed with the outright deceptive methods used by the proponents of Issue 3, crash & burn.
There are going to be a whole lotta incensed voters with me when they realize that they've been duped, if issue 3 passes.
